City of Refuge Communities Refund Policy

At City of Refuge Communities, we are deeply grateful for your generous support of our mission. Your contributions help us continue serving individuals and families in need, providing life-transforming programs and services.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you made an accidental donation or believe a donation was made in error, you may request a refund. To ensure proper handling, we ask that all refund requests be submitted to us within 30 days of the original donation date.

Please note:

Refunds will only be considered for donations made directly to City of Refuge Communities.
Refunds cannot be issued after the donor has claimed the donation as a tax deduction or received a tax acknowledgment statement for the applicable donation.
If a refund is processed, it may affect your ability to claim the associated tax deduction. We encourage you to consult with your tax advisor for guidance.
